Our Boot Camp is a 6-week strength and mobility training program designed to help you build lasting strength, improve movement, and reduce aches and pains that often come with age or inactivity. It’s coach-led, personalized, and proven to get results — no matter your current fitness level.
Men and women of all ages and fitness levels! Whether you’re getting back into fitness, looking to reduce pain, or just want to get stronger, this program is for you. We offer both male-only and female-only sessions.

No problem! All workouts are coach-led and fully modifiable. We’ll meet you where you are and help you progress safely. This program is built to reduce joint pain and improve overall mobility.
It’s not about sweating through workouts or lifting heavy weights — it’s about moving better, building sustainable strength, and feeling better every day. Our approach combines accountability, mobility, and smart progression so you can train pain-free and with purpose.
Just bring a water bottle, a positive attitude, and wear comfortable workout clothes! For women, yoga pants, joggers, or athletic leggings work great. You’ll also be issued an official Boot Camp shirt as part of your registration — just show up, and we’ll take care of the rest!
