Our 65+ Strength & Balance Program is built for adults ages 65 and older who want to stay strong, improve balance, and move with confidence. It’s ideal for anyone noticing changes in strength, stability, or mobility and looking for a safe way to stay active.
Each session is coach-led and closely supervised, focusing on functional strength, posture, balance, and walking mechanics. No gym experience is required, and every exercise is adjusted to meet your ability level.
Classes follow a simple, consistent structure. We begin with a guided warm-up, move into full-body strength training, include balance and core work, and finish with stretching to support recovery and flexibility.
Our training prioritizes proper movement, pain-free progress, and gradual improvement. Exercises are safely modified for joint concerns, mobility limitations, or previous injuries.
Private training is available for those who prefer individualized attention. 30 minute sessions are $40 each and include a personalized plan focused on strength, balance, and safe progression.
