The one rule to rule them all
Please follow the rules below to ensure everyone has a fun and safe gym experience.
Friends and family are welcome to join you when you train, but your guest must speak with us and sign-up before they workout.
If you wish to bring a friend outside of staff hours, please email us at ironbodyathleticsgym@gmail.com in advance so that we can get some basic information about them and get a signed waiver. There is a $10 tailgating penalty.
For the safety and courtesy of others, please return your weights to the storage racks after you are done using them.
Not everyone can lift the heavier weights off the bars or machines when they try to use them and it's not fair that they have to spend the extra time in the gym to move them for you.
Please use an electronic devise with ear buds when listening to music. We have apartments above us and the tenants would appreciate your cooperation.
No food or drink is permitted on the mats or near the
equipment Please use the counter in the back for your bag, equipment, and other belongings.
Our barbell weights aren't bumper plates and can do damage to the floor if dropped. If you can lift the weight, you should be strong enough to set the weight down without intentionally dropping it.
Please wear appropriate footwear and fitness attire in the gym. Keep the flip-flops and tank-tops for the beach.
All cancellations can be handled by email or by meeting with us during regular staff hours. A cancellation form must be fill-out as per the cancellation agreement.
